Ticket Terms of Use
- Parking pass
- EACH VEHICLE OCCUPANT MUST HAVE VALID CREDENTIALS OR ADMISSION TO ENTER THE FAIR.
- This ticket licenses the holder to park one automobile in a Wyoming State Fair designated parking area. LOCK YOUR VEHICLE.
- Management reserves the right to boot or tow your vehicle if parked in restricted or illegal areas, and is not responsible for fire, theft, damage, or loss to the vehicle, or any articles left in the vehicle. Pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 1-39-104(a), the State of Wyoming and the Wyoming State Fair Board expressly reserve sovereign immunity and specifically retain all immunities and defenses available to them as sovereigns. You acknowledge that the State of Wyoming has sovereign immunity and only the Wyoming Legislature has the power to waive sovereign immunity. Your acceptance of this ticket constitutes an acknowledgement that you have read this contract and agree to be bound by its terms.
- Admission Tickets
- This ticket allows redemption of the item described on this ticket, and it will be scanned for authenticity. Duplicates will be rejected. Purchase of this ticket by a third party is not authorized and carries a risk of being fraudulent. This ticket is a revocable license to fulfill this item. Management may, without refund, revoke this license and refuse admission or redemption for non-compliance with these terms or for disorderly or unlawful conduct. Unlawful sale or attempted sale subjects tickets to revocation without refund. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit and so are void. You voluntarily assume all risks whether occurring prior to, during, and after this event. You agree to release the Fair and its respective affiliates and representatives from responsibility and related claims. You grant unrestricted license to use your image or likeness in photograph or video by the Fair and its respective agents. Event date and time subject to change. No refunds or exchanges. Refunds, Disputes & Cancellations
By proceeding with a purchase from Wyoming State Fair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this disclosure regarding refunds.
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated explicitly by Wyoming State Fair or as required by law. This policy applies to all ticket purchases made through our website or any authorized ticketing platforms. Wyoming State Fair recommends acquiring tickets only through our authorized platforms and does not guarantee authenticity for tickets purchased, exchanged or otherwise obtained through unauthorized platforms.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event. However, due to the nature of event planning and logistics, we are unable to accommodate refund requests, including but not limited to:
- Change in personal plans
- Travel disruptions
- Inclement weather
- Artist or performer lineup changes
- Venue changes
Disputes or Chargebacks
Disputing charges processed by or on behalf of Wyoming State Fair including by its partner, Saffire or SaffireTix, may result in being blacklisted (banned) from future purchases and should not be used a method for obtaining a “refund”.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the event by Wyoming State Fair, ticket holders will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at our discretion.
